Officers are expected to listen, consult, follow up issues through appropriate channels and report back on actions. They cannot promise outcomes, override College policy or handle confidential cases outside approved procedures.
The official UKMC policy library includes the Association’s governance, elections, representation, communications, events, complaints and ethics documents. These are essential reading for officers and useful for all students.
We welcome students with different needs and backgrounds. For alternative formats or accessibility feedback, email abbas.mohammed@ukmc.ac.uk. For welfare or safeguarding matters, use the College’s appropriate support procedures.
