We want students to be able to use the Hub and take part in activities with confidence. We aim to provide clear language, readable text, keyboard access, meaningful headings and a layout that works on phones and computers.
Using the website
You can enlarge text using your browser settings. You can use your keyboard to move through links and controls. The Class Representative Academy also offers reading support, although spoken audio depends on your device and browser.
Known limitations
The Hub has not yet undergone an independent WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility audit. Some learning content, certificates, downloaded materials and audio features may not work equally well with every assistive technology. We are not claiming full accessibility compliance at this stage.

If you cannot access a page, assessment or certificate, or need an alternative format, email abbas.mohammed@ukmc.ac.uk. Please tell us which page or feature is affected, the device or assistive technology you use if you are comfortable sharing it, and what would help. Avoid sending confidential medical details in an ordinary email.
Equality, diversity and wellbeing
Students should be treated fairly and respectfully. Event organisers and student leaders should consider access needs, inclusive communication, reasonable adjustments and the appropriate referral routes for welfare or safeguarding concerns. A student leader is not a substitute for professional support.

How training records work
Training progress and learning certificates on this site are stored or generated locally in your browser. They are not centrally verified records. External GDPR training is provided separately and its certificate is issued by that provider.
