Privacy and training records
This is a pilot web application. UKMC must approve the processing, hosting and security arrangements before institution-wide deployment.
You may browse public information without an account. Training may request your name, student identifier and institutional email address. These are personal data. Current training records are stored in this browser and are not centrally verified. Shared computers and browser backups may expose locally stored records.
Entering an institutional email address is not proof of identity. Locally generated certificates cannot be independently authenticated. Do not enter health information, complaints, safeguarding details or other sensitive information into training forms.
For privacy questions or data rights requests, email dataprotection@ukmc.ac.uk. For Association enquiries, email students.association@ukmc.ac.uk.
See the UKMC policies and legislation for institutional guidance.
Before using training certificates
Public information and practice activities do not require an account. Training information entered into the browser may remain on that device. Avoid using a shared device for personal training records; clear local browser data when appropriate.
An email address typed into a form is not proof that someone owns it. A downloadable certificate or decorative seal is not independent verification of identity or course completion. UKMC must approve a secure identity and certificate-verification process before certificates are treated as authoritative institutional records.
For privacy or security concerns, contact dataprotection@ukmc.ac.uk. Do not submit confidential student information through public search or practice features.
